Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Can I change my address after ordering?

At Sugar Candy, our backend handling of your order is automated, which enables us to process it within a few hours of receipt.

Unfortunately our efficiency does have a disadvantage. We're not able to make any changes, including amendments (pricing & shipping changes included) & cancellations, due to the involvement of 3rd parties too. Once your product has have arrived though, you're more than welcome to initiate a return or place a re-order, should that be required.

We ask for your understanding in the matter & trust any possible issue that can happen post purchase, will be far outweighed by our expedient handling of your order.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been lodged with the courier company, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped along with its tracking details.

Will I be advised about my order and dispatch?

Of course. Soon after you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order receipt & acceptance of payment. You’ll also receive another email within 24-48 hours to advise about the dispatch of your order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Your order will be packed & dispatched from our Netherlands warehouse with 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days thereafter for our logistics partner to deliver your order.

Will customs/duty charges apply to my order?

There are no duties or additional shipping charges for deliveries to European Union countries.

How will my order be wrapped?

Here at Sugar, sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do and we're continuously working towards being as waste-free as possible.

That's why we’re proud to say that your items are shipped in packaging that is either recyclable, compostable or biodegradable. Each time you order from us, your products are popped into a cardboard mailer bag that's made from 100% recycled materials. These bad boys are recyclable, composable AND biodegradable! The inks that we use on the mailer bag are soy-based and even the stickers and adhesive are eco-compliant too.

All we ask is that you recycle all of the mailing items correctly, according to your local council. 

Is a signature required to receive my parcel?

Sign away! Your signature is requested as an added security measure to ensure your product is correctly delivered. We recommend sending your order to a work / office delivery address should you be away during the day (9.00am – 5.00pm), when most deliveries occur. Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Box addresses.

What happens if I don’t take delivery of my order?

The charges associated for a shipment to be returned by our freight partner is approximately three times the cost of the original freight.

The original order value will be reduced by €25 and refunded within 7-10 days.

Should you no longer require the product, we recommend accepting delivery and simply organising a Return (to our UK warehouse) via our Returns page. This will be more efficient & economical for both parties.
